AGE REQUIREMENTS:
The Myrtle Beach Resort is a family-oriented vacation
destination. To ensure a proper family vacation atmosphere for all guests, you must be least 25 years of age in order to rent
our condos.
UNIT ACCOMODATIONS/BED SIZES:
Both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units accomodate 6 - 7 people.
The bed sizes in each unit are specific to each unit and are detailed on each condo page. South Carolina fire code limits
the occupancy for 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums like ours to 6 - 7 people. Please limit the number of individuals in your
group to 6 - 7 per condo.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to secure your reservation, you must supply
an advanced payment/deposit(via VISA/MC/Discover). In the event it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, refund
of your advance deposit will be made, less a 50% processing fee, provided notice is received at least 30 days in advance
of your arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date or you no show, payment will be due in full
and would only be refunded if the unit can be re-rented.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT:
In person Check in time
is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM. You can also arrive during after hours via an after hours check in process; directions
are provided with your written confirmation.
DEPARTURE CLEAN FEE/LINEN FEE AND RES FEE:
Departure cleaning
fee is charged and ensures that the unit is adequately cleaned and prepared between guests. Linen fee is charged
which provides bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels and bed linens. Linens are inventoried at the end of
each stay and guest is responsible to ensure that same number of linens are in the unit at the time of departure to avoid
loss charge for replacement.
PARKING FEE:
Due
to the added security at this resort, each automobile is required to purchase a parking pass at the guard booth for $6.00
per week/stay which is not included in the published rates. Rentals are limited to 2 automobiles per condo, unless prior approval
is granted.
BALANCE/PAYMENT:
The balance due 30 days before arrival and can be made with VISA, MASTER
CARD, DISCOVER, AMEX money order or cash.
FURNISHINGS:
Our condominiums are carefuly decorated and
furnished with your comfort in mind. Every unit is uniquely decorated and specific to each unit.
RENTAL PERIODS/MINIMUM
STAYS:
Rentals are weekly(7 night minimum) from Sat to Sat, except in the off season October - March where
the minimum stay is 3 nights.
PET POLICY:
The Resort does not permit pets of any type beyond the security
gate. There are kennels available in Myrtle Beach should you wish to bring your pet.
SMOKING POLICY:
For
the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the condominium. You are free to smoke on the balcony if you
like.
TELEPHONE SERVICE:
Each condo has its own separate phone number. Local calls are unlimited and
free of charge. Long distance calls must be made collect or with a
telephone credit card. HIGH SPEED INTERNET:
We now offer
high speed internet at no additional cost! That is right, while many other properties charge
extra- this is included in our rate.
WINTER RENTALS:
Our condominiums are available for long term Winter rentals from October through March. For a fraction of what you would
pay for an apartment, the rental rates includes all utilities: water, basic cable TV, local telephone charges, and monthly
electricity charges up to $70. Although linens are not included, they may be rented for a modest fee. Due to the extremely
low rates, the renter must pay for departure cleaning services and are expected to supply a refundable security deposit upon
